Background for my short film Entrée en scène.

Ce décor est important dans le court-métrage puisque c'est là où on découvre le punch: la ballerine n'est pas arrivée au bon moment sur scène. J'ai exagéré la perspective du public et du décor pour enfermer la ballerine dans la composition. Les couleurs sont aussi complètement différentes de celles de son tutu pour réaffirmer qu'elle n'est pas à sa place.

This background is important in the short film because it's at this point that was realize that the ballerina is not on stage at the right time. I exaggerated the perspective of the audience and the stage scenery to close the composition around the ballerina. The colours, completely different from the ones on her tutu, reinforce that she's not in the right place.
